  • HOW DO I COLLECT POINTS?

    You can collect points for every Laphroaig purchase that you make by:
    · Entering your bottle's unique code. This can be found either on your bottle's back label or in the booklet included in tube packaging.
    · Uploading a photo of your receipt in the member's section of the site and submitting*.
    · Buying bottles in the online shop*.
     

    The following reward points will then be credited automatically to your account:
    · 100 points for purchasing a bottle of Laphroaig 10 or Select. 
    · 200 points for most other bottles. Plus you get Laphroaig. It’s a win-win.
    · 500 points for 25 years or older bottles. As if the bottle wasn’t a treat in itself.
     

    You can also earn points for:
    · Distillery visits (200 points when booking a tour).
    · Referring a friend (25 points)
    · Event attendance, live or virtual (25 points)
    · Watching our virtual distillery tour (10 points)
    · Online polls and quizzes (20 points)
    · And more!

  • WHERE’S MY CODE?

    Your bottle's unique code can be found either on your bottle's back label where it says “Friends of Laphroaig Code” or in the booklet included in tube packaging.

  • HOW DO I UPLOAD MY RECEIPT TO COLLECT REWARD POINTS?

    After you have logged in, look for the “Earn Points” section and click the solid green button under “Scan Your Receipt. You can then upload a photo of your Laphroaig receipt so that you can collect points for your purchase. Make sure the photo:

    · Shows the receipt clearly, is well lit and in focus.
    · Clearly shows the order date and total amount.
    · Clearly shows the receipt number and Laphroaig product details.
    · Is under 6MB in file size.
    · Is a JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format.
    · Without these things, it may be rejected.
     

    For online purchases, please take a screengrab of your order summary page and submit as above.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY RECEIPT ANYMORE?

    You can enter the unique number from the booklet in your bottle's packaging or on your bottle's back label to receive 100 points or more.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS LIKE CÀIRDEAS?

    When you visit Laphroaig.com, make sure you’re logged in to your Friends of Laphroaig account to add member-exclusive products to your cart. Please note, exclusive releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be available at all times.

  • HOW DO I GET MY PLOT OF LAND ON ISLAY?

    You will receive your plot after entering your first product code, uploading your first receipt, or completing your first distillery experience. Visit the FOL homepage to view your FOL certificate, complete with your plot’s number and geo-coordinates, and see exactly where your plot is located on our land.

  • HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO COLLECT FOR EACH REWARD?

    · Monthly sweepstakes (50 points) – each month we will offer Friends a must have prize shared by email and accessed through the Sweepstakes Rewards tile on the website.
    · Upgraded rent (150 points) – a must for any Friend’s next visit to Islay, simply download your “Upgraded Rent” certificate from within your Friends of Laphroaig account within 30 days of your visit to claim from our Visitor’s Centre. Slàinte!
    · Free engraving on Laphroaig.com (250 points)* – Friends can add a special touch with free engraving when buying on Laphroaig.com. 
    · Early access (350 points) - Friends will be the first to hear about ticketed events and new product releases and will have the opportunity to sign up and buy ahead of other Friends and the public.
    · Virtual Masterclass (500 points) – Friends will be invited to attend a special masterclass featuring unique products and stories from the distillery – up to four times a year.
    · Free shipping (600 points)** - Free shipping on all bottle purchases from Laphroaig.com. 
     

    *Reward available to Friends in Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom.
    **Reward available to Friends in UK & Germany only.  More markets to be added in due course.
     

  • HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR REWARDS?

    Points don’t need to be redeemed or ‘spent’ to access a reward; you just need to ensure you have the required points balance to be able to access the reward you want. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

    Points expire on a rolling, 12-month basis so be sure to keep track of your points balance. 

  • I HAVEN’T RECEIVED EMAILS ABOUT MY REWARDS OR DISTILLERY NEWS. HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT I’VE OPTED-IN TO THESE COMMUNICATIONS?

    Head to the “My Profile” page within your FOL account here, where you will see your subscription status under the “Newsletter” header. You can edit your subscription status here.

  • HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

    Head to your FOL homepage and click the “Invite Friends” button and you will find your custom referral link. Share this link with friends and collect 25 points for each friend that joins from your referral link.

  • WILL I GET POINTS IF I PURCHASE A BOTTLE THROUGH LAPHROAIG.COM?

    Yes, points will be added automatically and appear within 24 hours. You will collect points on all full bottle purchases.

  • WHY IS MY EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT THAN MY FRIEND'S?

    The Friends of Laphroaig site is customised to you based on your points balance and location. We are continually looking to enable rewards for as many countries as possible, as well as adding new rewards over time.

  • CAN I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASING LAPHROAIG IN A BAR?

    No. Points for purchase are for full bottles only. 

  • HOW MANY PLOTS CAN I HAVE?

    You will receive your plot after entering your first product code, uploading your first receipt, or completing your first distillery experience. Friends are entitled to claim one plot.
